CONSTRUCTION & TRADES

Gear that works
as hard as
the crew does.

A jobsite shirt has a different job description than a giveaway tee. It gets sun, sweat, concrete dust, and an industrial wash cycle: and it's also your company name on a stranger's street, which makes it a sales tool. We decorate heavyweight workwear, hi-vis safety apparel, and crew uniforms for GCs, subs, and trade companies that need their gear to outlast the punch list.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Every order between bid and build-out.

General contractors, framers, electricians, roofers, concrete crews, excavation, remodelers: the order patterns repeat across trades, and we've geared up for all of them.

Crew shirts

Heavyweight cotton tees and long-sleeves with the company logo big on the back, small on the chest. Ordered in bulk, reordered every season: because jobsite shirts have a service life and everyone knows it.

Hi-vis & safety wear

ANSI-rated hi-vis tees, vests, and hoodies with your branding printed to spec. Safety-green and orange colorways that keep the crew compliant and identifiable on site.

Office-to-field staff gear

Embroidered polos and quarter-zips for PMs, supers, and estimators: the walk-the-site-then-meet-the-client wardrobe. Premium feel that photographs well in the bid package.

Cold-weather gear

Hoodies, work jackets, and beanies with embroidered or printed logos. Heavy canvas and duck-cloth outerwear that takes embroidery beautifully and survives the winter pour schedule.

Client & closeout gifts

Branded hats, tumbler-friendly totes, and premium tees for clients at project closeout, subcontractor partners, and the holiday box. The kind of swag that stays out of the donation pile.

Recruiting & trade events

Job-fair shirts, apprenticeship program gear, golf-outing polos, safety-week giveaways. Apparel that makes a trade company look like a place worth working.

WHAT WE SOLVE

The four ways jobsite apparel falls apart.

Construction orders fail differently than office orders. Here's what we've built around.

01

Shirts that die in a quarter

Thin promo tees don't survive the trade. We steer construction orders to heavyweight 6-oz+ cotton, durable blends, and true workwear brands from our 130+-brand catalog: and we print with inks that outlast the fabric, not the other way around.

02

Size runs that don't fit real crews

Crews aren't a medium-and-large bell curve. We stock size ranges through 4XL (and taller cuts where the garment line supports it), and the order form handles mixed size runs without drama, including the three 4XL talls every crew has.

03

New hires waiting weeks for gear

Your logo and design stay on file. When the crew grows by four, you email us the sizes and we run a fill-in batch, no art fees, no minimum-order standoff, no new hire walking the site unbranded for a month.

04

Branding that's invisible from the street

A jobsite shirt is mobile signage. We size and place artwork to read at distance (big clean backs, legible phone numbers, high-contrast ink on safety colors) so the neighbors watching the build know exactly who to call next.

METHODS THAT FIT

What we usually run for the trades.

Durability drives the method choice. These are the four that hold up.

Screen printing

The crew-shirt standard. PMS-matched company colors, big back prints that read from the street, no screen charges, and per-piece pricing that rewards the full-crew order.

Embroidery

PM polos, supervisor quarter-zips, hats, and heavy outerwear. Stitched logos survive industrial washing better than anything, the right call for gear that has to last years.

Heat transfers

Names, roles, and certs per piece (FOREMAN, SAFETY OFFICER, CREW LEAD) without per-name setup. Also the right tool for numbering gear by crew or truck.

Patches

Embroidered and leather patches for caps, beanies, and jacket chests. The workwear look that's having a moment, and survives abuse better than direct decoration on some technical fabrics.

FAQS

Questions trade companies actually ask.

Do you carry hi-vis that's actually ANSI-rated?

Yes: our catalog includes ANSI/ISEA-rated hi-vis garments, not just safety-colored tees. Tell us the class rating your sites require and we'll quote against compliant garments. Decoration is placed so it doesn't compromise the reflective striping.

We need FR-rated gear for some crews. Can you handle that?

We can source FR-rated garments through our supplier network. Decoration on FR gear has to follow the garment manufacturer's spec to preserve the rating, so we confirm the approach per garment at quote time. Submit a custom request with the spec your sites require.

What happens when we hire mid-year and need eight more shirts?

Fill-in orders are routine. Your art is on file, so a reorder is one email with sizes. Small batches run on DTF or heat transfer when they're under screen-print minimums, matched as closely as possible to the original run.

Can you put each guy's name on his gear?

Yes: heat-transfer names and roles are per-piece with no setup fee per name. Send the roster, we handle the layout. Embroidered names are available on polos and jackets where stitching fits the garment better.

We run shirts every spring. Can we lock pricing?

For companies that reorder through the year (spring crew run, winter hoodie run, fill-ins between) we can set a 12-month contract rate. Tell us your annual pattern when you reach out.

How big can the back print go?

Our standard full-back print covers most of the printable area, sized to read from across the street. See the placement charts for exact max dimensions by garment and method.
