Race day, festival weekend, the reunion everyone flew in for: the shirt is what's left when the event is over, and it's the one deadline in apparel that genuinely cannot slip. We print for 5Ks and marathons, community festivals, fundraising galas, conferences, and reunions. Sponsor-logo backs, STAFF and volunteer colorways, attendee merch: scheduled backwards from your date with margin built in. Exhibiting at a convention instead? That lives on our trade show & convention apparel page.
Event apparel splits into a few repeatable jobs, participant gear, crew identification, and the merch table. We run all three, often for the same event.
5K and fun-run participant tees, marathon finisher shirts, cycling and triathlon events. Performance fabrics or soft cotton, sponsor backs laid out clean, sized from the pre-registration data. Want a prize people fight for? Fully custom sublimated jerseys make unforgettable giveaways.
Commemorative merch for fairs, food festivals, music events, and town celebrations. Year-stamped designs people collect, and reorder runs when the merch table sells out Saturday.
Gala and benefit merch, charity tournament gear, walk-a-thon shirts. Pricing that protects the margin going to the cause, see our nonprofits & churches page for the full program.
High-contrast staff shirts that make your people findable in a crowd. STAFF, SECURITY, MEDICAL, VOLUNTEER colorways with big readable backs. The difference between order and chaos at the gate.
Attendee swag, speaker gifts, booth-staff polos. Corporate event programs with brand-book requirements live on our conference apparel page.
Family reunion tees, class reunion gear, anniversary celebrations. Mixed adult and youth sizes, name-and-year backs, and designs the group photo will be wearing for the next decade.
Event apparel has one unforgiving variable: the date. Everything we do is built around it.
Nobody reschedules a marathon because the shirts are late. We build the production schedule backwards from your event (art approval, press time, shipping, buffer) and confirm each milestone, so the boxes are at the venue before the first volunteer shows up.
Every event organizer knows this one: the back layout is done and a sponsor sends a low-res JPEG two weeks out. We set an art deadline together, chase the stragglers with you, and clean up what arrives: vectorizing and laying out the sponsor back so every logo looks like it paid for the spot.
Order too many and eat the boxes; too few and anger the late registrants. We help you size the order from your registration curve, lean on standard size-mix data when you don't have history, and keep a fast reorder path open for the difference.
A sell-out is a good problem with a bad ending. Because your art is on file and we skip re-setup, a reorder run jumps straight into the press queue, often within a day or two, and DTF lets us backfill small quantities fast while the main reorder runs.
Quantity and timeline drive the choice. These four cover nearly every event order.
The event standard above 72 pieces. Sponsor backs up to 8 spot colors, PMS-matched, no screen charges: which matters when the design changes every year.

Browse the catalogThree to four weeks is comfortable: a week for art and sponsor wrangling, a week of production, shipping, and real buffer. We've done much faster, rush tiers, as fast as 2-3 days, exist for exactly this, but buffer is cheaper than rush fees.
Yes. Send the logos as you collect them and we'll build a clean tiered layout, title sponsors big, supporting sponsors in rows, everything vectorized and balanced. You approve the final proof before press.
Your art stays on file, so a reorder skips setup entirely. Standard turnaround applies; for day-of gaps, DTF can backfill small quantities in days. Many events intentionally order 90% up front and top off the week of.
For general-public events we'll start you from a standard adult curve (roughly S through 2XL weighted toward M/L/XL) and adjust for your audience, races skew smaller, festivals skew larger, family events need youth sizes. Real registration data beats the curve when you have it.
Yes, and they should be. Same design flipped onto a high-contrast colorway (safety green, orange, or red) makes your crew findable in a crowd. One order, two colorways, no extra setup because the art is shared.
Much. Art, colors, size history, and sponsor layout all stay on file. Year two is "same as last year, new date and these three sponsor swaps", and for annual programs we can hold a 12-month contract rate.
Yes, and they're the giveaway people keep. Our custom cut & sew program builds fully sublimated jerseys from scratch: your event branding and sponsor logos dyed into the fabric edge to edge, names and numbers included, full color at no extra charge. Short runs of 12–72 pieces deliver in as little as 14 days, perfect for tournament prizes, VIP gifts, fan giveaways at sporting events, golf scrambles, and corporate outings.
