HOTEL & HOSPITALITY

Uniforms that check in
as crisp as
the lobby.

A hotel uniform program has to do something hard: look identical across properties, departments, and staff turnover that never stops. We outfit hotel and hospitality franchises (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast and banquet staff) with embroidered uniforms that meet brand standard, ship per property, and fill in as fast as HR hires.

WHO WE OUTFIT

Every department on the schedule.

Hospitality uniforms differ by department but live under one brand. We run the full roster.

Front desk & guest services

Embroidered polos, button-down-adjacent knits, and cardigan layers for the first face guests see. Professional, comfortable for an 8-hour shift on feet.

Housekeeping teams

Durable, breathable workwear that survives industrial laundering and a physical shift, identifiable at a glance in a hallway, comfortable in a hot laundry room.

Maintenance & engineering

Heavyweight tees, work polos, and outerwear with department marks: gear that handles the roof, the boiler room, and the parking lot in January.

Breakfast & banquet staff

Aprons, service polos, and event-staff colorways that flex between the morning rush and the Saturday wedding block.

Shuttle & valet

High-visibility outer layers and weatherproof gear with the property mark, staff guests can spot from across a porte-cochère.

Management group orders

Operating multiple flags? One account, per-property brand kits, consolidated invoicing, and shipping sorted by site.

WHAT WE SOLVE

The hospitality-uniform problems every GM knows.

01

Turnover never stops, neither can uniforms

Hospitality staffing is a moving target. Your embroidery files and garment specs stay on file, so new-hire fill-ins are a sizes-only email, no minimum standoff while a new front-desk agent works in street clothes.

02

Brand standard says exact, every property

We register the approved garments, thread colors, and placement specs per flag. Property 12 reorders against the same recipe as property 1, pass the brand audit without thinking about it.

03

Industrial laundering eats cheap decoration

Hotel uniforms wash hot and often. Embroidery is the default for exactly this reason, and where printing fits better we spec it to survive commercial laundering, honestly, garment by garment.

FAQS

Hospitality questions we hear at check-in.

Can you ship to each property separately?

Yes: one order, split-shipped and labeled per property, with each site’s size mix packed separately. Management groups get one consolidated invoice.

How fast can a new hire get a uniform?

Days, not weeks: your files are digitized and on file, so single-piece and small-batch fill-ins run on the standard schedule, faster on rush when onboarding demands it.

Do the uniforms survive commercial laundering?

Embroidered pieces, yes. That is why hospitality defaults to stitching. For printed pieces we spec garments and decoration rated for hot industrial cycles and tell you plainly where a cheaper option would fail.

Can different departments get different gear under one brand?

Yes: one brand kit, department-specific garments and colorways underneath it. Front desk reads premium, housekeeping reads practical, both read on-brand.

We operate several flags. Can one account handle different brand standards?

Yes: per-flag brand kits under one management-group account, each with its own approved garments and marks, with contract pricing across the combined volume.
