RESTAURANT & QSR

Front-of-house gear
that survives the dish pit.

Restaurant and QSR uniforms get washed daily, worn through 10-hour shifts, and need to look fresh on a customer-facing team that turns over 60-80% per year. The uniform program has to be both durable and scalable. You can't be reordering bespoke uniforms every Monday for a new hire. We outfit chain restaurants, single-brand multi-location operators, and franchise systems with brand-matched embroidered polos, branded aprons, kitchen-staff hats, and the support workflow that handles new-hire turnover without restarting the project.

RESTAURANT ROLES

Every uniformed role we've outfitted.

Front-of-house servers

Embroidered polos in brand color, often paired with branded aprons. Heavy-rotation laundry; we use polyester thread that resists chlorine bleach.

Hostess & management

Slightly elevated apparel (button-downs, polished polos, branded blazers) for the customer-greeting role. Premium feel matters here.

Kitchen & back-of-house

Chef coats, branded kitchen tees, beanies, hats. Function over fashion but still brand-aligned.

Delivery & curbside

Branded jackets and hats for curbside-pickup runners and delivery teams. Visibility on the go matters; brand consistency too.

WHAT WE SOLVE

Restaurant uniform problems we've scripted.

01

High turnover that buries your manager in onboarding orders

New hire? One email reorder: "Add 3 polos, size M, sent to Location 14." We pull your spec, ship within standard window. Manager spends 30 seconds on apparel, not 30 minutes per new hire.

02

Brand color that drifts when locations buy from local printers

Lock the spec with us, every location orders from the same source, the polo that arrives at Store 8 matches the polo at Store 1. No more "is that the right shade of red?" emails.

03

Industrial wash destroying embroidery

Polyester thread (resistant to chlorine bleach) instead of rayon. Reinforced stress points. Survives the daily wash cycle that destroys cheap embroidery within 30 days.

METHODS THAT FIT

What we run for restaurants.

Embroidery

Default for service polos and branded outerwear. Polyester thread for industrial-wash durability. Brand-color match locked across orders.

Common restaurant products

Embroidered service polos (most popular), branded chef coats, server aprons (full-bib or waist), kitchen-staff hats and beanies, branded button-downs for management, lightweight jackets for curbside teams.

FAQS

Restaurant operators ask first.

Can each location order independently within an approved spec?

Yes. We set up an approved-product list per your brand spec; individual store managers reorder via a simple form (or email) and we ship to that location. Custom requests outside the spec route to corporate for approval.

How do you handle name patches for high turnover?

Heat-transfer names per piece. New hire this week, named uniform out in days, fill-ins run between bulk orders. No setup-fee multiplication for unique names.

Will your embroidery survive industrial laundry?

Yes: we use polyester thread (chlorine-bleach resistant) and reinforce stress points specifically for service-industry wash cycles.

Can you ship to multiple locations from one order?

Yes. Submit one consolidated order with per-location ship-tos and we'll split at packing. Charged once, shipped to many.
