WEDDING & EVENT BUSINESSES

Dressed for the
background of
someone’s best day.

Event vendors work inside other people’s milestones, visible in every candid, never the focus. We outfit planners, coordinators, photographers, DJs, caterers, florists, and rental crews with apparel that reads polished in the background of a wedding gallery: branded enough that the venue knows who you are, elegant enough that the couple’s photos don’t care.

WHO WE OUTFIT

Every vendor on the day-of timeline.

Different vendors, same brief: identifiable, comfortable for a 14-hour day, invisible in the wrong way to a camera. These are the kits we build.

Planners & coordinators

Polished embroidered polos and soft layers in black and neutrals. TEAM and name options, headset-friendly, gallery-proof.

Photo & video teams

All-black comfort kits: soft tees, polos, and layers that move with a shooter for 12 hours and disappear in reflections.

Catering & service staff

Service polos, aprons, and back-of-house tees: front-of-house polish and kitchen practicality under one brand.

DJs & entertainment

Branded staff gear for load-in and a sharper layer for the booth, readable logo when the dance floor lights hit it.

Florists & design crews

Aprons and durable tees for install mornings, plus a clean layer for when the planner walks through.

Rental & setup crews

Durable branded tees and hi-vis-adjacent pieces for the truck-and-tent crew, the team that is gone before guests arrive but on camera in every timelapse.

WHAT WE SOLVE

The event-vendor problems we hear every season.

01

Visible to the venue, invisible to the camera

The vendor uniform paradox. We solve it with understated placements, tone-on-tone marks, and palettes that read professional in person and neutral in photos.

02

Fourteen-hour days in one outfit

Comfort is a spec, not a luxury: breathable performance fabrics, layers for reception-hall cold and parking-lot heat, and fits that survive load-in through last dance.

03

Seasonal staff who need gear by Friday

Event teams staff up fast for the season. Your kit stays on file: seasonal hires get fill-ins in days, matched to the originals.

FAQS

Questions event vendors ask before the season.

What reads best on camera?

Black and deep neutrals with tone-on-tone or small-contrast marks, identifiable at conversation distance, invisible at gallery distance. We will proof options on the actual garment colors.

Can each team member get their name or role?

Yes: per-piece names and roles with no setup fee. LEAD COORDINATOR and the intern both get dressed properly.

How fast can seasonal hires be outfitted?

Days once your kit is on file, small batches run no-minimum methods matched to the originals.

Can front-of-house and setup crews share one brand kit?

Yes: premium pieces for client-facing roles, durable tees for the truck crew, one brand recipe and one invoice.

Do you do aprons?

Yes: embroidered full and waist aprons from the catalog, matched to your palette. A florist and caterer favorite.
