YOUTH & REC LEAGUES

Twelve teams,
one production run.

Youth-league orders look chaotic from the outside but they actually follow a predictable script: 8-16 teams per league, same jersey template with different team colors and sponsor logos, ordered by the league office once per season for opening-day distribution. We've built our youth-league workflow around exactly that script, one consolidated quote, sized lots per coach, delivered before the first whistle. Fits Little League, AYSO, parks & rec, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and the dozens of other youth sports formats.

LEAGUE FORMATS

Every youth-league pattern we've outfitted.

Parks & rec leagues

Town-organized soccer, basketball, baseball, flag football. League gets sponsorship from local businesses; sponsor logos go on jersey backs. We coordinate with the rec director.

Travel club organizations

Multi-team club operations (e.g. soccer club with U10 through U18). Repeat orders by age group, consistent club branding across all teams.

School-affiliated youth sports

Middle-school or feeder-program leagues that share branding with the high school. Color and logo continuity from feeder up to varsity.

Tournament & camp gear

Single-event tournament jerseys, summer-camp practice gear, all-star team uniforms for end-of-season showcases. One-shot production runs.

WHAT WE SOLVE

The youth-league problems we untangle every season.

01

One league, twelve teams, one consolidated quote

Send us the league spec: same jersey template, different team names and colors. We quote it as one job, produce in one batch, ship in sized lots per coach (or one bulk to the rec office for distribution day).

02

Sponsor-logo art that varies per team

Each team has a sponsor; each sponsor has different art. We accept logos in batch (one folder per team) and lay out per-team designs without restarting the project for each one.

03

Player numbers that get assigned at the last minute

Roster locks Wednesday, season opens Saturday. Heat-transfer numbers can be applied per piece on a tight turn, no setup-fee multiplication for unique numbers.

METHODS THAT FIT

What we run for youth leagues.

Heat transfers

Default for jerseys with player numbers. Per-piece custom. Every kid gets their own number without setup-fee multiplication.

FAQS

League directors ask first.

Can we order for the whole league as one purchase order?

Yes. One PO from the league office. We split into per-team sized lots (or per-coach packages) at packing. Single invoice or split-bill to teams, whichever your league needs.

What's the per-team minimum?

The quote builder sets minimums by method, embroidered jerseys from 6 pieces, screen printing from 24, DTF from 3. Most leagues order every team in one combined run anyway, and that combined volume is what drives the per-piece price down.

How do you handle sponsor logos that come in late?

We need final sponsor logo files at least 5 business days before production starts. If a sponsor goes silent, we'll print without it (and offer a heat-transfer add-on later if they come through).

Can you bag per-coach for distribution?

Yes: small per-bag fee, includes a packing slip per coach so you know exactly which sizes are in their bag. Saves the rec director hours of sorting at the gym.
